4 months

It blows my mind this little guy is already 4 months old.

In 2 months LW has grown 4 inches and over 4 lbs!

He is grabbing for everything...and most of the time it ends up in his mouth.

He founds his voice and talks all day

Lucas is now giving kisses which is adorable and a little gross.

He will bring your face to his mouth and proceed to lick, suck or bite your cheek.

Growing up and loving it!

Dallas Trip

We had a wonderful trip in Dallas despite the scorching heat. On Friday the high was 107 and at 10:00pm it was still 96 degrees! I know I grew up in this heat but it felt so hot.. especially when you're carrying around 18 lbs.

Open 2011

Another successful weekend with great company, good food and decent golf...minus the triple digit heat index.

There was a lot of swimming, hanging out and of course golf.

Bud and Gina made some AMAZING ribs for Friday night and everyone came to our house to eat.

I LOVE Tallen's face in this picture...he was saying cheese but you know he's thinking...Leave me alone and let me play!!

During the auction on Saturday night we stayed outside by the pool.

Overall it was a fun weekend...Can't wait till next year.

Missed Dad

Lucas and I spent 6 days in Dallas while Sam stayed home to work and coach baseball. Saying we missed him is an understatement.. it was hard.

Since we've been home.... this is what the boys do together after a long, hard day!

Busy July

I feel I say this often but it's been a very busy month! We had July 4th fun, Sabetha Open, baseball and our recent trip to Dallas. I have a TON of pictures but I thought this video trumps all the pictures I have.

You know you live in the country when...

Great Birthday!

For my birthday this year the girls (and Lucas) piled in the truck and headed to KC to go shopping at a dive furniture store.

This is what I had to wake up at 6:30 this morning!

Of course I didn't get any pictures of us shopping but we headed home with the truck full so overall, it was a successful trip.

This evening Bailey and Ash came over to swim with Lucas.

He wore his 4th of July swim shorts...that are 6 month size....and too short...and show his butt crack :-)
