Monday night we celebrated Christmas at Grandma & Papa's house. The kids were so excited!

Tallen can go fight fires with Uncle Daniel now.

Girls opening their American Girl horse and doll. B carried both around the rest of the evening.

Hunter testing the weight limit on the doll horse. Stinker!

Lucas opening his bicycle. He was so excited!

PLANES!

More planes!

We had a wonderful evening with family!

Friends, Birthday Fun and some extra

These sweet snap shots of toddler-hood I'm so going to miss.

Last Saturday the boys got to see Santa and eat pancakes for a local fundraiser.
Lucas' favorite breakfast!

Sam turned 29 last week so we made him a cake and he got to blow out candles over lunch.

We had two playdates this week with Lucas' best friends.
Gage and LW didn't move from the trains! It's so cute to hear their little conversation.

Connor came over and we decided to decorate sugar cookies.

Baking Cookies with my boys

Henry got to watch as Lucas and I decorated cookies.

Sprinkles are so much fun!

Happy Thursday!

Thanksgiving and some extra

(wrong over but too lazy to switch)

SNOW!!! That's what I heard Sunday morning when Lucas woke up. We finally got outside during Henry's long afternoon nap. I love our video monitor! The three of us could play in the snow while Mr. Henry slept in his warm bed.

One day he won't let me kiss his cold, red cheeks. I will take advantage!
Awake and ready to play!

One of the last warm days we made sure to soak up outside time.

We headed to Dallas for thanksgiving again this year. My grandma was also there so the boys got to enjoy extra family time.  We spent 4 nights in a hotel close to my moms house and man that will spoil you! No cleaning, cooking or picking up!
Watching Thomas.....again!

Happy boy!

This boy is our early riser so most mornings I would take him down to the lobby so Lucas could sleep in. Target is right across the street so I didn't mind :-)

Yummm

Our last night Sam and I got to enjoy a kid-free dinner. :-)

Van was PACKED on the way home. We got spoiled and so did the boys.
Someone being a little bossy!

6 Months

Henry...our little peanut! I would use that term for Lucas but quickly after birth we realized it didn't fit. I never thought I would have two boys with very opposite body types. Since Sam and I were chunks we assumed fat, happy, and bald babies. Henry is definitely happy & bald!. Who knew a average sized baby would be abnormal to me!
Stats:
18lbs 2 oz 60th%
28" 90th%
9 month clothes (for length)
size 3 diapers
95% nursing with the random bottle of formula. Can't keep up with a boy that wants to eat ALL THE TIME!

Foods you like: peaches, applesauce, sweet potato, butternut squash, carrots
Foods we are working on: Peas, green beans, and meats.
I love making his food and seeing what he enjoys and even more fun, what he dislikes. Those are the best faces.
Sleeping is still random. Some nights he will go 10 hours straight and others he's up 3 times. Who knows at this point!

You are rolling, scooting and moving around all.the.time. Countless times I've had to fish you out from under the couch and bring you back to the soft carpet. We've been working on sitting but you have no patience for it! After a few minutes you arch the back throw yourself to the ground. Sitting in one spot is not good enough for you... you must move all the time.

Wheels on the Bus is your favorite song and most days, will stop you from crying.

Seeing Lucas and Toby make you laugh and giggle. Even more then mom and dad.

Happy 6 months to our sweet and feisty little man!

(Disclaimer: I use Blogger as my baby book for the boys so I'm sorry for the heavy details. I print once a year and enjoy looking back at these little details of their life )
