When we lived in Dallas, Sam was exposed to the awesome-ness of Pei Wei ( fast food version of PF Chang's.) Still now when we visit a large city I am google'ing to see if there is a location close so we can enjoy the salty greatness of asian food.
A few weeks ago Sam sent me a recipe to make his favorite dish Pad Thai. Now I give him credit for searching it out but this was the legit stuff.. with oils and stuff I would never find in Sabetha. So with the help of Pinterest I found a recipe that was a little more friendly to my skill level.
It wasn't exactly the same but so easy and yummy! I used low sodium soy sauce and I had everything else in the house. Recipe
